Four Bedroom New Build
New build is transformed with beautiful bathroom fittings

Summary
When our client purchased a high-end new build property, one of their main goals was to add personal touches to make the house feel more like home.
The property was a luxurious four-bedroom house bought off-plan from David Wilson Homes. It featured a standard, neutral finish with one family bathroom, two ensuite bathrooms, and a downstairs cloakroom.
Although functional, the client felt the bathrooms lacked personality and didn’t reflect their unique taste.
After moving in and settling into the property for a few weeks, the homeowner reached out to the Cast Iron Bath Company for help in transforming the bathrooms.

Combining Style with Functionality...
The initial bathrooms, while well-designed and practical, did not suit the owner’s desire for individuality. The client envisioned a bold transformation using colour, texture, and striking design elements. The key challenge was to infuse the bathrooms with these personal elements while maintaining a cohesive design that complemented the rest of the house.

Luxurious bathrooms redefine the property...
“I wanted to evoke a sense of relaxed luxury, blending furnishings that carry the charm of reclaimed pieces with modern functionality. The space features top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and a sumptuous bathroom, all wrapped in a vibrant tapestry of colour and character.”

Sarah describes her vision for the property...
"The transformation of our bathrooms has truly made our house feel like home. The team at Cast Iron Bath Company understood our vision and helped us turn standard spaces into luxurious, personalised retreats. Their attention to detail and willingness to explore every option made all the difference.” Homeowner.
The bathrooms were transformed from standard, neutral spaces into stunning, personalised rooms full of character. The client’s choice of bathroom fittings, paired with guidance from the customer services team, created unique spaces with rich textures, vibrant colours, and stylish finishes.
Each bathroom now reflects the homeowner's taste while enhancing the property’s overall aesthetic.
